The printed 2017 Programme is available in shops and pubs around Knaresborough from 1st July.  Most venues are small therefore pre-booking for events is strongly advised.

Tickets are available to buy from 1st July by the following methods unless it states in the programme that direct telephone booking is required.

Online

You can buy tickets online for any event that has a ‘Online Booking’ flash in the printed programme, or a “book online” link on the website.

Online bookings allow you to download and print your tickets at home so you will have them in your hand almost immediately.  Your tickets will also be emailed to you if you would like to print them later.  You can request printed tickets to be sent to your home by Ticketsource for a small extra charge, but we will accept sight of the ticket on your mobile phone if you don’t have the ability to print at home.

By Post

You can buy tickets by post by filling in a booking form.  You can download a booking form or alternatively, pick up a form from Tourist Information Centre in the Library.

Forward the completed form at least 7 days in advance, together with a cheque or postal order and a stamped addressed envelope to: feva, 4 Elmwood Street, Harrogate, HG1 5EU.  We will send you your tickets through the post.

By Phone

You can buy tickets over the phone by telephoning Knaresborough Tourist Information Centre on 01423 866886 with your credit or debit card details.

In Person

You can buy tickets directly from the Tourist Information Centre in the Library from Monday to Wednesday and Friday 10am to 5pm, Thursday and Saturday 10am to 1pm.

The lovely people at the Tourist Information Centre will do their best to process your order and take payments quickly, but it can get very busy so we do ask for your patience, especially if there is a queue.

Concessions

We offer concessions on some events and details are in the event listing.  Concessions are for people aged over 65 or under 16.  We try to ensure all our events are affordable and those that are aimed at a particular audience, such as children, are priced accordingly.

Friends of feva

Friends of the festival have the benefit of priority booking for many events. To become a Friend, download a form from this page or pick up a leaflet in the library.

Problems?

We hope that you find the booking arrangements straightforward and easy to use.  However sometimes things do go wrong.  Don’t worry, we can usually resolve most problems with bookings quickly, whether that be online, in person or by post.

Contact us using the Contact form or by emailing admin@feva.info and we will call or email you as soon as we can.  feva is organised by volunteers so although your message will be read quickly, we may wait until the evening to contact you when we’re able to deal with the query fully.  If there is a better time for us to ring you, please let us know as part of your message.
