Feva Ticket Purchase Policy

Our aim is to make purchasing tickets for the feva festival as easy as possible. This policy is designed to provide further information about the ticketing process:

Ticket Availability

Although some events may have tickets available at the venue on the day of an event, many venues are small and events often sell out quickly. We therefore recommend purchasing tickets in advance wherever possible. View more information about booking options. Tickets are sold through several distribution points, including online and through the Tourist Information Centre. Various distribution points access the same ticket inventory, therefore tickets may sell out at one distribution point but still be available elsewhere. Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled, we will endeavour to let you know. However, this may not always be possible. If you are therefore travelling to an event, we recommend checking our website latest news and twitter feed @fevaFest for any last-minute updates. We will also publish information about refunds for cancelled events here.

Cancelled Tickets

If you can no longer attend an event and wish to return/cancel your ticket order, please email: shop@feva.info – If we are able to resell your ticket, we will endeavour to provide you with a full refund although this is not guaranteed.

Feva reserves the right to cancel any online ticket purchases which it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.

Online Ticket Delivery
