Boxes, with Practically Theatre

Henshaws – 2 pm

Performers with learning disabilities perform excerpts from their newly devised show Boxes, on the Urban Beach at Henshaws. Boxes is a theatre piece exploring art created using simple materials. See what is means to be ‘put in a box’, what can be built from boxes and the sounds, movements and stories they inspire. Free

Wizard of Oz

Castle Grounds – 2.30 pm

Introducing the youngest participants in FEVA! Tots from Studio 3 Dance Workshop (some as young as three and four years old) perform this ever-popular tale, with just a little “help” from some of their older friends.

Set against the backdrop of our beautiful Castle, this event is sure to delight all ages. Free

Come along and enjoy the folk dances of Knaresborough-based Hornbeam Molly as they don colourful disguises to perform their traditional dances with their customary enthusiasm. Free
